Gates launches Russian Website

At the International Automobile Exhibition InterAuto 2007 Gates will launch for the first time an all Russian website. This new website is an addition to the broad range of services, tools and training Gates has to offer to the automotive aftermarket. Furthermore, Gates offers superior cataloguing and a broad selection of multilingual advertising and sales support materials to facilitate selling.

The website, www.gatescorp.ru, offers extended information on all Gates products, including brochures and marketing material, which can be easily downloaded. In order to improve the service to the mechanics, Gates has also added technical articles that include helpful hints and fitting tips about belts, kits and related products, belt installation and maintenance.

The Gates site is also the access point for catalogues and interesting applications such as the online application catalogue for belt drive systems and cooling systems. It is available at www.gatesautocat.com and offers complete application information on Gates’ belts, kits, tensioners, hoses, caps and thermostats.

The Russian website is as detailed as its English counterpart and demonstrates Gates’ commitment to outstanding quality and service for all its customers. With this tool Gates wants to offer the Russian market, which is one of the fastest growing in the industry, the same support as other European countries. In this way Russian wholesale distributors, motor factors, retailers or garage mechanics can stay informed about new products, technical know-how and corporate news in their own language.
