In last couple of years we have seen considerable challenges in our domestic market demand across all sectors. Several of our global customers explored export opportunities to overcome domestic slowdown and it gives us immense pleasure to share that our customers took Gates as a partners in developing the export models where product reliability and quality is of utmost importance and warranty implications are punitive. It is not only the product performance but also the application engineering and support which differentiate us from competition. Our ability to work with key customers through a partnership approach from the start of a program is a strong value proposition that we will continue to develop and leverage.
Our philosophy of working closely with the end customers whether directly or through our channel partners are rewarding us with preferred Brand status. Our system and solution approach helps our customers to a single point responsibility in us. We thank our customers for showing confidence in our hydraulics knowledge and supporting product offering. As an organization we have and will continue to invest for the future.

The challenging times we are in, is actually a great time to get full value from relationship with knowledgeable and qualified supplier partners. We at Gates think that this is an opportune time to demonstrate qualify of Gates products, system and services as customers are having time to hear value proposition. We are reaching out to our end customers to provide solution and record the cost benefit we provide them.
Dollar appreciation is again an opportunity to develop indigenous alternatives to imports and we at Gates have developed alternate products, systems and solution which are not only economical but also forex savers. AG Hose, timing pulley, shotcrete & plaster hose launch planned in upcoming quarter is a step towards this. We strongly believe that when going gets tough, the tough innovates.
In upcoming quarter we will be participating in India steel show and will be conducting distributors meet and look forward to your presence on these occasions to share.
